Tunza Tulle Return Policy

At Tunza Tulle LLC, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn or unused
 -Be unaltered, alterations will void the return option
- Have tags attached
- Be in its original packaging (please ship in the plastic garment bag)
- Include receipt or proof of purchase

Delicate Items

Please note that our gowns and tulle are delicate and may rip easily. We recommend being extra careful when trying on our gowns, any damage caused will render it “unreturnable”. 

Sizing

As sizing varies between stores and products, we strongly recommend referring to our sizing chart, feel free to contact us prior to placing an order if you need sizing advice.

Return Shipping and Fees

- The customer is responsible for return shipping, please make sure to choose an option with tracking.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Rejected Returns

Tunza Tulle LLC reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund.

International Orders

Please note that international orders are final sale.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
